Any tips for a great anchor set up, or ones to avoid?

Most use a quick release system. Following is a video on how to set one up. Anchors are never used in the ocean, except sometimes attaching to kelp. https://youtube.com/watch?v=deAgFaX4Ef8&feature=share

Here is a link to a long and interesting thread on breakaway anchor systems: https://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=15510.msg168110#msg168110.  I feel that there is little use for anchor systems in most kinds of kayak fishing.  I only use my breakaway system for sturgeon fishing, and then only in very slow moving water.  A picture of my current breakaway system is shown below.  I also anchor my kayak in shallow water with a non-breakaway system when spearfishing for northern pike.  For jigging and similar kinds of fishing, I prefer to point the bow of my kayak into the wind and/or current and pedal lightly to hold myself stationary with respect to the bottom, with the assistance of the GPS screen of my fish finder and the kind of wind direction indicator which I described at https://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=18212.msg195603#msg195603
