Launched 5:00 Saturday evening the girlfriend, we started above Sunrise and cruised down to Harrington. I fishing top water with a little action but nothing landed..I did noted a couple of the hot spots that showed up on the fish finder though. The wildlife was great saw just about every animal out.. deer, ducks, crane, turkeys, even a family of 6 river otters playing on the clay banks.

So tonight(Sunday) I went back Non-yak to one of the hot spots and bait fished and it produced a 22-1/2" keeper as well as a couple of undersize. Here are a couple of pic's from both nights.

good report and nice fish.  Keepers have been hard to come by these days but this should change soon?  If you're ever looking for someone to fish with just let me know.  I've only fished the American from shore and paddled down on a yak for fun.  If you need a fishing partner to hunt for stripers or salmon, let me know
