I bought a kayak package with this aluminum trailer by Trailex. I don't need this trailer because I already have a custom built trailer. This aluminum trailer is very light. It has two Hobie Adventure Island Cradles (currently $297 per set) installed. This trailer has only been used in freshwater. It has a versatile platform that can be used for any kayaks. With additional Trailex crossbar (not included), it can carry up to 4 canoes or kayaks. This trailer ride on 8" wheels and use a 1 7/8" coupler. Trailex trailers are certified to USA DOT standards for use on USA roads. 7'3" width / 16'1" length / 450lb Capacity. Registration just renewed.
