Nice fish, again! I am the guy who was parked beside you (Black Ram 2500 with the camper on it). I got a couple baits torn in half, but didn’t bring any treble trailer hooks like a fool. I’m fairly sure they would have got hooked if I had those on there.

Someone was laying the hate on TLA and Moo(they were on the water also) on ch69 for “blowing ARW up”. It was entertaining to listen to.

Nice fish for early season!  I'm probably one of few on here that understood that entire video in Korean.   :smt005

Sorry to hear that.
This was my second halibut trip in 2021, I went out OP once without wife the week before last.
At that time I had same experience with you herring torn in half.
I'm sure that you can get them next time!  :smt003

This was my wife's 2nd halibut trip.
And she hooked 36" while I couldn't get any.
She got 37" Hali on 1st halibut trip last year.

I can't believe it, she is not fishing expert but probably has some sense.
Last image was last year at Rock Away.

Awesome video and great fishing!
I have yet to go after halibut from my kayak out in the Bay. Hopefully soon!
Cheers!!!
