We've been on a stir fry kick since I got a carbon steel wok and this book for Christmas:

https://www.amazon.com/Stir-Frying-Skys-Edge-Ultimate-Authentic/dp/1416580573

It's got lots of great recipes, and I highly recommend it, but it only has one recipe for white fish, and since I haven't cracked the code on catching salmon yet, I needed to move on in search of variety. I found this recipe:

https://thewoksoflife.com/fish-stir-fry/

I used lingcod, and it was one of the best things I've ever made. I would post pictures, but stir fry comes together in 2 or 3 minutes, so I didn't have time to put down the wok and pick up the camera, and once I set it down on the table, it immediately disappeared down our stir fry holes, and anyway it would have pretty much looked like the pictures on the webpage linked. My 10-year-old daughter, who is pretty iffy about fish, loved it, and my wife and I would rate it as one of our favorite recipes so far. So try it out, I think you'll like it.

Sounds grubbin.. there's some masterful artists with a wok. Not too long ago I was at a restaurant and ordered some dry fried ribs? Dang, I was blown away. I'm not a big fan of pork that often, but dang it was spectacular I would say even. I remember tearing into it pretty good and a couple seated nearby had to inquire and order the same   :smt005

correction... I thinks it was some kinda chinese fried pork chops.. salt & pepper pork chops maybe
