Hey All-

Just moved our home on wheels from the east coast where I enjoyed catching flounder, stripers, bluefish, etc. Looking forward to the kayak opener for fish. In the mean time, I'm crabbing in Mendo area, fishing from the bank and pinching myself for landing in such an amazing area.

I've used my Hobie Outback for a couple of years now and thoroughly enjoy it. Spent most of my time within 3 miles of shore either trolling or vertical jigging. I'm pretty much up for anything that doesn't feel wreckless. Safety Third! First if my wife asks :smt002 In my past life I was ACA Swiftwater Instructor Level IV, so generally speaking I should probably know better in spite of what I may be doing.

I'm living a stone's throw from the Big River and have a fair amount of time since I'm semi retired. Please hit me up if you need company.

Welcome Timo! You can still catch striper and flatfish here, but now the crabs are much meatier (compared to east coast)!!
