OK, without looking at the members list ( that would be cheating!) can you guess who has the most posts? And by how much? The first is easy, the second really cracked me up! LOL!!

Mooch with twice as many as anyone else.

About 1000 of them are "Welcome to the Madness"
Another 2700 of them are "Nice  " or some other combo of one or two words and an emoticon.
Then there are the 1200 of them that are large strings of emoticons...
Finally about 400 of them are bizarre references to brotherly love   

This leaves Mooch with about 1700 real posts.

If we had to judge this by the amount that people actually write.  I'd give the honor to jmairey.  In his "Official GWS Thread" and "No seriously what about kayak flotation" threads jmairey has written way more text than Mooch in all his posts.

Hilarious.... but so true! 

I would bow down to Jmairey anytime  .....but really now....how many of you have actually met Jmairey? He's almost up there with Blue Kayak.....does he really exist? 

I met him at bean hollow once, didn't recognize him right away though.

I reserve 'WTG' posts for exceptional reports.  I'm happy letting mooch do cheerleading while I play outfield.

Mooch should get points for emoticon use, nobody does it better, it's not so easy. Actually I think that is one place that the site really could use some help, with some kind of categorization for the emoticon palette. right now it's just a great big pile of emoticons. hard to find what you want. takes too long.

Mooch also posts some really great pics. So I'd up his actual post count to at least 2500, and mine is probably down below 1000 real posts, I have a lot of 'wtg' ones since there have been so many well-done reports with photos recently.

As for me, I don't have cable TV and spend a lot of time running a geographically distributed tech company from a laptop and often have a browser open on NCKA in between phone calls, email and instant messenger with my team.

I've been trying to learn how to fish these last 3 years and NCKA is just fantastic for that as long as you don't mind making a fool of yourself here and there.

But I kind of learned most of what I need to learn and my company is getting bigger all the time so I think I will be posting less, leaving Mooch to extend his lead!
