I’m using Navionics. It has Sonar Charts, which are at 1ft resolution. I get those charts for free with my FF (Helix 7, Humminbird) but it’s $15 or so a year for the app.
I’m attaching snapshots of Golden Gate Bridge area at different zoom levels.
I have to say that the charts can give a good starting point for a fishing destination, but having it on the FF is the real deal. It’s almost like flying over mountains in the sense that you can see what’s below. It’s also very good for avoiding upswell, or downriggers from hitting rock.

I wish this kind of mapping was available on inland waters.  I use the Navionics maps, which are of course extremely useful, but they smooth out the contours of the bottom, and don't show the details.  I know many areas where the Navionics maps show a smooth slope, but I know from watching my sonar and jigging while moving around that the slope is actually quite rugged in places, with significant pinnacles, gullies, outcrops, cliff bands, and ridges.  These features often consistently hold fish, so locating them on what the Navionics maps show as a smooth slope is important.
