I took these last night and this morning from my buddies house on Allen Road, off of West Bear Gulch (Sky Londa).  About 5 miles north of 84 and 1 mile west of 35 looking Southwest.

Totally crazy.. Praying everyone is able to get out safe. If anyone here is affected and needs anything- just shout!!

You probably know but just in case. The Woodward fire in Pt Reyes is currently 4 miles north of Bolinas. 15-20 mph north northwest winds are predicted throughout the day. Bolinas, as well as the road into town, are under an evacuation warning, as of this morning. Please keep the roads clear. Let’s hope for the best. Thank you firefighters. Thanks all.

Saw a helicopter flying in that direction early this morning in Upper Lake...no smoke plumes visible from here...

Reminder that I have a yard in Lodi that can store trailers and vehicles while people are under evac. I know a bit far but helping however I can.

Was out for a late afternoon sail (OK, I had to fish some too) in Santa Cruz yesterday. No more red tide, but plenty of red sky...

Today, at my house the smoke is thick at my house (courtesy of the department of redundancy department)

Second pic is the Gamble Fire from above Steele Canyon Monday night. That area was overrun by the Hennessey Fire last night.

I just shared an evacuation checklist that I came up with after our fire in case anybody is interested.

My son had to evacuate from Travis AFB.  He was helping friends evacuate from a home in Vacaville when he got a call to get back to Travis so he can evacuate (he is part of the flight crew on a C5)

He is safe, but it took him 3 hours to get to Travis and he was at Alamo Road and I-80 when he got in his car last night

Everyone stay safe and if you can evacuate before you are told to, then it is best to do so to avoid the gridlock.  I know that is against the natural instinct to ride it out and be ready to go when told.

My old Landlady lost everything 40 acres along with all other residents of Whitehouse Canyon
Said it turned into a fire storm Tuesday night when 3 fires converged into one
She left with all the animals minus the chickens and two geese
No reports of loss of human life so far
