You talking about fishing on 1st st?  I thought the town made up some locals only fishing rule for 1st st.  Move where, from his spot, or just away?  Any names?  I couldn't see anything on that page...

i didnt hear of any new changes but i also dont fish benicia,im not a big fan of shoulder to shoulder fishing.i buy salmon from my local fish monger.
If they put a new rule for locals only i would think they put some signs up right?all the guy would have to do is point to the sign

personally sounds like the guy is just trying to push someone out of 'his spot' using whatever ammunition he can grasp for, and when his target isn't a push over he is going to call the cops?
