Hello All,

I've been bass fishing since I was 10 (35 now) and have always done it from the bank or the boat. I've been really interested in Kayak fishing for the last year or so and have decided to to finally jump in. Unfortunately, as I am sure most of you know, there isn't a whole lot available right now. So I plan on using the next couple of months to research and learn as much as I can so that I can really make some informed decisions once things get back in stock.

I've already spent a ton of time watching YouTube videos and reading articles and now I want to hear some thoughts from local anglers. I am excited to learn from everyone here and can't wait to get out on the water. I want to thank everyone in advance for their help and their patience as I am sure I will ask a ton of questions that have already been answered lol but I will always try to do a search on topics before asking.

-Jay-

Welcome to NCKA.

You are very close to Lodi and Headwaters Kayak.  Check them out in person and it may save you a few months of research.

You are also in one of the best areas for access to some great bass fishing and everything else that is of interest.  Good luck.

Welcome to NCKA J There's some neat deals on the forum classifieds as well at times. You could fill up the stable to your heart's content and then some more :smt001
