2007 Elk Info Thread

Hello - a newbie to the site here. - In reading Sean's original post, I never saw the actual date for the Elk event. I checked out the Calendar pages as well. When is it?

Dang - sorry I missed it!  I saw pictures from last year's event on Flickr by chance when looking for Cabezon photos and was hoping to go - Cabbies are my favorite.

Is it usually held the same time of year or specific weekend in August?
