Kayak Fishing ettiequte & standards of conduct | what are your thoughts?

Social medias are very helpful, it certainly raises the sport among new comers (and bring economic opportunities, which is very good especially in lieu of our current state of economy).
Would be good to address issues some concerns already voiced here, especially about burning exact fishing spots. 

Also another +1 on following regulations and safety.

It seems pretty simple to me.

1 - Use common sense
2 - Practice common courtesy
3 - Don't be a fucking idiot

Oh and this:

To discourage all these noobs from strapping on a go pro and intentionally or unintentionally blowing up lesser known spots. Reassure them that they do not all need to be youtube fisherman, should keep their day jobs and that ethics/respect is more valuable than shares likes and subs. This is a free country (not as much now) and people can do what they want. As I have a right to speak up and voice my opinion how I feel about the matter. Especially if I see a person from the bay or Sacramento. Atleast advise them to lay off the go pro unless they want to deal with some of the lesser than nice locals. Now I feel more eyes on me then ever being in a kayak where Iauch at due to certian youtubers. Yeah bud you might be youTube famous, but also just as famous in a negative way. Maybe they just don't "get it" or haven't had a chance to see the bigger picture of what fishing is. It's not just a sport. Can't really teach that though.

Thanks everyone. I've drafted a copy fo the article, and i'll send it to a few friends to review and get their thoughts on it. I got a lot of feedback from many groups, and i hope this can help bring positive awareness and change to the sport.

I'm not perfect. I'm striving to grow everyday and learn. We all evolve over time. Don't take this as TLA saying everyone needs or should do X,Y,Z. Take the article as you like. It will either be on my magazine or on my blog. Thanks for the feedback.

Think he is above the regulation when salmon is aboard and fishing for halibut using a treble hook after lol...not mentioning any names but if you post it on YT and blast it to the world... I'm sure it set a bad example lol

1.  Safety.  All the basic safety equipment AND if going solo, then let someone know where/when you're going.
2.  Knowing the fishing regs AND local non-fishing regs.  Permanent and temporary closures don't mean park down the road and sneak into said "closed area" and start fishing.
3.  Read and study #1&#2 before posting your "EPIC" youtube video
