Yeah are all the sub forums locked? I had a totally dumb newb question I wanted to ask in the general fishing tips. It would nice to talk about anything other than Covid and SIP

It may just be me but I think all boards have been set to read only. I was going to post in the hobie sub forum and can’t. But with tensions currently running high I totally agree with letting the fishing reports have a rest for a bit.

Naw, I messed it up. Should be fixed now, I think.  Let me know.

I hate to say i have unfollowed a few friends that still continually post fishing get togethers. Still my friends. Just dont care to be tempted at this time. I will still fish if allowed in my local area by myself but will not post to encourage others. Hope this makes sense.

My limited time on the internet has shifted more to friends and how they and there families are doing.  Limted time ??  Im on this damn thing day and night.  :smt005

Thanks, Allen for doing this.   Let's all stay well.  One thing.  Remember all those chores projects and honey-do's?  Get them done now, and when this SIP is lifted you'll have that much more time to devote to fishing.  Clean and organize your gear.  Rebuild new drags on those reels.  (https://www.mysticparts.com....www.alantani.com)

Bushy

dont do this. It sets the bar too high. On Star Trek Scotty admits that he pads the time so when he says the 1 hour job takes 2, and Kirk says you have 1, Scotty is golden. So for gods sake, dont do the honey dos too fast, or you WILL NEVER FISH AGAIN  :smt003
