Wow. I thought it was a pic at first glance.

So far I've done two. First was adding a rocker plate to the pain cave. Has elastomer bumpers running down the centerline and two dodge balls sandwiched between  as springs keeping the tension

Second, that is usable, but not yet finished, is a home climbing wall. 8x12 @42 degrees overhanging. Perfect for power endurance. Had to build a terrace, and sloping floor to match the angle, keeps falls to about 6 feet at any point.
Will be 10x12, with the far left side also having a short wall coming in at 25 degrees overhanging.

I do need two more queen mattresses and a box spring if anyone has one laying around

Front porch rebuild...  I had to evict the termites .      

    I think I'm nearing the halfway point...  Still need to raise the house off the foundation, and re-frame that side..   

    I knew better than to buy a 100 yr old home.   THIS should be the last major project.

  On the bright side,, It's exercise and keeps me busy.  

I’ll dispose the orchids for you if the bark got some termites too. ☺️

Wow Baitman!  That's a pretty huge task, but looks like you are up to it.  Don't hurt yourself in the process though.  You do NOT want a trip to the ER.  Ha!
I've been working with power tools around the house and that's my biggest fear; to hurt myself and need to go to the ER. 

Maybe not really a home project but, I`m working with a new pup Annie, got her in Feb at 9 weeks she`ll be 4 months on 15 April.

The dad is Siberian Husky and the mom is Aussie/German Shepherd mix.

Planted some lettuce and cucumber into my hydroponic planters.
I built the system approximately 4 years ago and use it to grom tomato, cucumber, and lettuce.

Adapted several Youtube projects with some modifications.
We don't have much gardening space in our condo's backyard and tried to maximize the limited space.

Had a walnut tree trimmed in my yard a while back and I had them leave it in my yard to save some money. I hauled it to the dumps yesterday and everybody was there. I asked and they said it was a constant line of people all day.

I am heading out to Home Depot this afternoon to get materials for a new project.
