OMG a combo rollbar, drink holding console, rod holder, glove compartment, electronics mount for the pimp mobile! :smt003  That looks like the easy way out for rigging. I would hate it if my foot got caught in a roll over though :smt010

Pretty interesting design/idea. Kinda reminds me of those big tower thingys that are on wakeboard boats. Personally, I don't see the need for so much space when most of us only use a limited amount of gear. But for the boyz who like to super pimp their yak, this is some good yak bling. Only major negative I see to this is that it pretty much cuts off access to your front hatch while on the water.

...might as well put a windshield and some windshiled wipers to go with it   :smt011

Seems like a perfect kayak for Bean Hollow  :smt044

Not a bad piece of equipment for someone who wants or needs something like that.
Takes away from my perspective of trying to keep it simple.
It also seems to negate storing anything you might need to get to in the front hatch.
It did give me an idea. How about a flying bridge on a kayak?? Any takers??

It looks like a pretty good design and workmanship.  The hatch and compass are nice touches.  I wonder what his costs are to make something like that...  I bet it is high.  I've always thought things that require molds need to be build in relatively high volume to recoop high start up costs.

I think I'd end up kicking the thing over board on my outback.  "I don't need no stinking bling"

Who ever that designer is I commend him for coming up with a product and bringing it to market. Guys like this will keep the sport fresh and innovative. How many of us have crazy ideas for our kayaks that we just never get around to sketching out and making. You can't please everyone but this guy will be rolling in it a year from now, mark my words.
