Greetings,

Chartered today (no kayak, yet), two anglers, hit the coast off Glass House and Timber Cove areas in 30-120ft.  Limits of small blues and couple blacks. Limit on lings and dungeness.  All lings 26-34in.  Bite was slow, presumably due to the recent offshore conditions, though it may recalibrate in the last few days of the season if the swell lays down.  All rockfish were taken mid to upper-column on small black/silver paddle tail swimbaits w/ 3/4 oz lead heads. Tipped shrimp flies may have been a better bet.  3 lings on nibbler size blacks and one on 2oz lead head and 8" red/grey paddletail swimmer.

Saw 4 kayaks that looked like they put in near TC and appeared to be a manageable situation for them.

Hope this helps!

Pots were closer to Jenner's latitude, all about 100ft.  The pots that didn't have failed hatch components all had 6+/- crab, many were jumbos. Can't say with any certainty how long they had soaked prior. . .
