I can fish all of those days as well, and I would love to catch some dabs.

I've been catching them for the last couple of months up north. Just get into some sand in about 100 FOW or deeper. Squid is the way to go on a sand dab rig. Have fun!

I am planning on going out Saturday out of Moss Landing...it'll be a first for me. Buddy of mine suggested out in front of Pajaro, but that seems like a trek.

I might be switching to moss landing.. Not sure I wanna tow my boat on 17 and moss landing is closer than Santa Cruz if I take 101 to 129 to 1

Your better off going out of the coastguard pier in Monterey. Head to the red buoy and fish 170 feet or so. Much faster paddle to the fishing grounds. Moss gets deep QUICK! You have to paddle a few miles towards Pajaro dunes colony to get quality dabs. My 2 cents.. Good luck! :smt006
