Hi, just joined today, got to meet Pat and Randy at Lovers Point. No luck today on the fish, (tho Pete caught a nice rock cod) but it was a nice paddle. Anyone else out there fishing out of a closed deck kayak?? I've had a set of sponsoons for quite a while and finally found a more pratical way to put them on my kayak (the manufacturers method was a little screwy). They work pretty well for adding stability, and I figure they saved me from buying a sit on top, at least for now. Im a little reluctant to buy another kayak being as I currently have 5 of the stinkers. (Anybody interested in a Perception Sparc with a brand new back band?) Anyway, really digging this kayak fishing thing hope to do a lot more of it. :smt003
