Hi everyone

My buddy keeps telling me about the forums here, so I decided to join.

I suck at catching fish and don't go fishing enough, so hoping if I join it might motivate me more.
As a Hobie Mirage i11s owner, I think I'm in a minority (inflatables and fishing hooks, etc etc) but I like the stability and comfy seat. Would love to hear from any other inflatable owners how they deal with the puncture dangers.

Anyway, hello y'all  :smt006

Welcome Stefan  :smt006

I had both i11 and i14 before. There were fine if you are careful with them. I recommend getting a rubber car mat to put/land fish on so their spine can't puncture them. They are more suitable for freshwater but can do salt except the sharks are about. :smt013

Yup, got a mat I need to cut up and fit. So far, I am not very good at catching, so not yet a huge worry :)
