Netting my wife's fish built enough arm strength to fight YT and wished I borrowed her green fighting belt.

Yes I applied sunscreen several times but still got sunburn.  Been applying  alovera lotion.
Long pants are must for La Jolla trip.

As far as the sunburn goes might I suggest some underarmour heatgear tights under your shorts? That’s my go to.

I was thinking about using my hiking conversion pants but definitely look into underarmour heatgear tights.

Yes, light, quick-dry pants work well for kayak fishing in more tropical climes.

But, this could be a great opportunity for you to wear your tights again!  Especially since we don't allow them in NorCal.
