When I drove by two weeks ago I noticed the fence surrounding the trailers was dismantled and at least one trailer was gone, but I thought it was likely repair related. I'm sure the lodge, especially since the upmarket renovation, has pushed to have them removed. For most of the locals, it's just part of the community as far as I've heard. 

Brenda lost some of her property to the state. The camp ground is now smaller. and some of the trailers have been removed from what I was told.

Are the day use parking lot along the highway 1 still around?
