So avoidable.  We were out on the lake Saturday. almost no one in the rental skiffs besides little kids had on PFDs, same for the Party Barges.  We saw fire heading towards the Marina code 3 as we were leaving. 90% of the kayakers had them on.

I can't say that this is the case however. as we were heading back in on Saturday we were passed by party barges and on one all you could hear was people yelling CHUG, CHUG, CHUG followed by applause.

alcohol and boating and no PFD's is a deadly mix
never met a Dry Fly I didn't like
