Finally it’s going to happen. I had plans to get my kayak with the tax return that wasn’t. Then my Great Dane smashed his head into my wife’s mouth. After getting her mouth fixed I made a joke about the Hobie pro angler in her mouth she didn’t find that amusing. So this weekend I’m picking up a sea ghost 130 and getting myself out on the water and out of the pontoon boat. Hoping to hook up with other people and learning new things

get & do it!
most of us started from sub-perfect craft since there wasn't a lot out there, so i wouldn't be dismayed at not having the first choice yak...you may find that what you thought you wanted changes once you are out & doing the thang.

My first boat was a 14ft river boat  :smt005
it was terrible in surf, but slayed it's share of salmon and calicos back in the day. It also made me appreciate the SOT :smt003

See you on the water.
Are you pondering what I’m pondering?

That sea ghost was my first yak and it is an awesome paddle boat for sure!  I wish I still had it TBH.  Hope to see you out there!

Well if you see a guy on a blue sea ghost who looks like he doesn’t know what he’s doing that’s probably me.

if you see a guy in a blue seaghost 110 that cant catch fish on Folsom lake that is me.

Wait, I see a pattern, those of us with a seaghost don't have a clue and everyone with a PA or OK 13 are killing it.  Its not us, its the kayaks fault  :smt044
