Long hard drive for a short life.

My wife’s 5 year old Rottweiler Gummy Bear was diagnosed with bone cancer, his health was degrading rapidly and the small lump on his head grew rapidly while we waited for the diagnosis. So today we had to make the hardest drive a dog owner can make, he was put down today at the humane society and is getting cremated.

As a dog lover and dog owners my wife and I hope the best for your family.

not good we just went through it with an old yeller Lab....Dogs teach us stuff--always teaching us...They dont mind...thoughts with you guys..

Nothing harder than having to make that decision. My heart goes out to you.  Saying goodbye to a family member that gives unconditional and enduring love is incredibly hard.

Never an easy decision but thankfully a decision was made with all of the best intentions that were for his best interest.

dang sorry to hear about that...it is the toughest decision and definitely not looking forward to it when my boy Rocky goes.

Sorry for your loss MJ.
Had to do it with my 1 yr old Queensland after 2 surgeries.
Made sure it was the best 1 year of life for him though before I had to put him down.
