Australian diver took this photo from a dive cage, yaaaaasa I’ll pass.
I’d hate to look at this the night before an ocean fishing trip in them California waters!  :shark

I would love to be in that cage and see that beauty first hand.  Shark diving both in open water and caged is on my bucket list.

what is best practice if you do run into a shark out in the waters? is it best to stay still and let it pass you up (i.e. let it knock your kayak a few times and hope it thinks youre not interesting and swims off) or pedal as fast as you can back to shore but risking drawing more attention to the shark thinking youre a fleeing prey?

Probably some good info there, but blaming shark attacks on global warming is ridiculous.

Changes in atmospheric conditions, earth and ocean temp may bring species together in places not previously occurring is more how I saw it presented.  Beyond that portion of the author’s hypothesis were some useful points, IMO.
