Had a chance to check out one of Chet's 17.5 Ah batteries yesterday. As a hobby tinkerer who has been researching battery boxes I was very impressed with the Price and Quality.   it even looks snazzy.

My CHET battery finally gave out today. I need to put a review video together. From those i have talked with
most people were happy with their CHET battery.

By the way, this battery is not designed for crashing in the surf zone.
I am glad though it survived the ordeal.

Please put those upgrades in version 3. LoL. Need to handle all conditions and circumstances.

I'm interested in a set up?  Can it be removed from box or is that the actual holder.  I have an old town predator and it has a battery bag built in.  What's price on a 21 amp vs 17.5 amp

The box is already the actual holder. You can place the box inside the kayak by itself or place it on the built-in bag.
17.5Ah cost $185, and 21Ah cost $220. Lead time is one week.

Hey guys finally got a chance to finish my review of CHET's batteries. I reached out to CHET to test out his battery and put it to the CHOVY test. If any product can withstand my beatings I think it should warrant some consideration. Here is review of Chet's Batteries.

I knew that battery was good but it even survived TLA's beating. That is LEGIT!

Hi,

I am looking for 30 amp to power my trolling motor (very small 24 lb thrust).  Do you have a model that would work with that?  As long as the batteries are sealed, I can add my own connector to output wires, which would preferably be 12 GA wire.  Presently using lead batteries that weigh 30 lbs.   Looking to cut that in half or better if possible.
