Hi all,
Finally got a reasonable kayak for ocean/bass fishing and waterfowl hunting. Been trying to hit bass as much as possible lately, but being in Eureka, my options are limited. Can't wait to catch some rockfish and lings this summer.

Thanks. The shorthair does better than this pup. He thinks I'm playing fetch with every cast...thank goodness he's steady now.

Thanks for the tip. Thankfully, I've been freediving for a number of years up here. Can't wait to spearfish from my kayak!

Crash is kinda sketchy so watch it,  :smt044 but his fishing skills are cool, and he also is a well educated donkey as I am.  :smt008

You made a good choice by joining, great group of people with a lifetime worth of knowledge. Plus a couple of loose nuts!

I read your PM before this. Late June/July may work for me. Keep in touch. Regardless, I know a few places I'll share. Haven't been out this whole last year because I was taking time to get my new pup a good first hunting season. My breathold probably sucks hard now...
