Hi all,
I am Randy and just got into kayak fishing this last summer. I has been a blast so far. Just yesterday I picked up a Malibu X-Factor. I can hardly wait to take it out. However, the rivers here are running high and fast. Maybe I will look more toward the bay area in the next few weeks. Any ideas, pointers?

welcome Randy. the delta and deep water in west sac are good options as well.

There is a ton of info on this forum for new kayakers. Just do a quick search and you'll find a plethora of great advice, videos, what to do and not to do.
