Tinker, I am a 100% disabled veteran and I can go to any VA facility and get care no matter what. Even at 70% I could go into the VA emergency room and get care even if it didn't pertain to my service connected injuries.

Isn't this affected by when or where you served?  As a Vietnam veteran, I have different VA benefits from those of others who weren't.

No it doesent matter what war or campaign you were in. All that matters is that you are veteran. They are there to surve and help us. Your disability percentages do change how much you will pay for the care that you receive. A Vet is a Vet.
Thank you for your service!
