Good idea.

Most of my lures are running inline singles with crushed barbs. Unhooking fish is a breeze and if you hook yourself you won't need the ER. They also tend to foul less than trebles on your leader when casting hard.

Well what in tar nations will they think of next.

I hate treble hooks. Change them out on pretty much all my lures. Makes life soooo much easier.

The only time I use treble hooks are on a stinger on the back end of a small rockfish headed for mr ling a ding.
