Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

That's a wood burning heater brought by Arial and it works perfectly!

Great event!   It was nice to meet a lot of new people and see a few familiar faces.  Thanks for putting it all together.

I've gotta ask, who made the ceviche and would you share the recipe?  It was awesome.

Hi Crayfish,
Thank you for your kind words, my wife made the Ceviche, We would be happy to share the recipe but she doesn't really follow a recipe, That ceviche is a combination of Ecuadorian and Panamanian recipes. She is working on a recipe to share.

We really had a great time visiting all the old friends, getting to meet new ones too.  The potluck was better than ever and the dispersed tables made it less of a long line and more like a pack of sharks circling each one individually. Ha!  Food just kept coming and coming.
Love supporting the causes Victor and family line up too.  Getting to see the kids all growing up is pretty cool as well.  Weather was the best I can recall, at least in several years.  Reservations made for next year, thanks to Hojo!  I got some crab and some sand perch action in too, although a sea lion wrecked one of my pop-up traps.
Looking forward to next year and doing it all over again.

My wife, son on the way, 4 puppies and I had a great time at Crabfest 2019!  This was our third time and only second time at the potluck and raffle.  Crabfest, again like last year, was absolutely awesome!  I was able to bring one of my life long friends and his wife to experience this kind of awesome and they were impressed!  I'm glad I booked my spot for next year, #92.  See you all at another salty event hopefully soon!

Thanks,
Shawn & Johncy Hiatt

Shawn; sign up now for Albion and Gimme Shelter.  I'll sponsor you for GS when you get to that part.  Even if you don't think you want to get out on the BIG ocean, no worries; it's all about the fellowship and potluck anyways!  Cheers and remember; Jerry is a pretty nice name for a boy, when the time comes that is!

Sounds like it was a great event, what is the date for next year ?
Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.
