Lay it face down on a good sturdy workbench, remove any mounting hardware visible, place a towel over it folded into quarters (4 layers of towel, grab a beer chug it, wet the towel down with what ever liquid is available, grab a 5-10lb sledgehammer and gentle work the wet towel into the lenses from the backside .... wipe the leftovers into a garbage receptacle and order a new one on Amazon  :smt006

36 grit sandpaper usually works for me, some of the tougher deposits I just media blast.

Bro,  I did that.  no more salt water deposits.  So,  how to I get the scratches out now?

I got the screen protector/film online https://www.photodon.com/p/2027-01.html
You can even get an anti-glare version too. It works pretty good in my opinion.
After that I rinse every time after the salt (freshwater not so much) then use just original Windex for the screen.

This. Buy a couple, they're relatively inexpensive. Toss it and apply a new one when you're tired of looking through the scratches and really stubborn deposits.
