Went out with a fellow NCKA member out of Coyote Point this morning @ 730AM. Outgoing tide. Caught one small halibut and one keeper 24 inch @ around 10 ft bottle bouncing anchovy.

Do you find fishing there better on the incoming or outgoing tides or is there no difference? Thanks!

I'm not sure about that.  From what I know they don't like much current.  Just be careful in the bay during outgoing tide there are rip currents and you could have trouble getting back.
