Gulp.  I'm going in two weeks. Anyone got a tuna rig not using anymore? 40 or 80# 2-speed rod and reel?  I got lots to trade, lead, lures (new in package) smaller reels, can do trade/cash maybe?

I highly doubt we'll need 80lb gear where we're going. Only reason I'd see needing the big guns is if the weather sucks and we end up going to Guadalupe. Unless you want it for dropper-loop fishing for YT.

Super cheap to rent from the boat, too.

Riiiiiight forgot about that.  Rental from boat......That's where you slip a $50 to the deck boss before you leave the dock and tell him "Make sure I get the best rod!"
