Made some sushi, sashimi and ceviche for the Niners game yesterday.

Good game could've been better but I'm happy

Jess and I had a sushi making kick for a few months and we made a ton. Its crazy how much sushi ingredients cost all together. No wonder sushi restaurants charge so much.

There’s a few different ingredients but it’s fairly the same. What's not in the pic is the diced avocado.

I typically don't add it in until serving.
