I'm willing to bet what works here works there too and visa versa.

I'm headed out there end of next month.  I'm going to head to the coast of West Virginia and troll for salmon, maybe try to land a halibut.  Will report back.

As for OP, I assume there is other motivation for posting here.  Like seeing all of the fish porn and checking the DIY pages.  Pretty much like the reason why I am on the Texas Kayak Fishing site.  You have to sign up and have 10 posts to get the good fish porn here, so you get intro posts from out of area folks instead of just a bunch of lurking.  Makes perfect sense.
