Looks great, is that motor a little overkill for that size of boat?
The boat is rated 100hp. This 90 is about 50lbs heavier then a 1975 100hp and is lighter then the 90 mercury that was on the boat be for I had it.

For some reason I had thought it was 11 or 12 foot boat. Sorry that was my bad.

Finally after 14 months she is ready for the water. Will be test driving her this Sunday. Still have more work to but she will be fishing ready in less then a week! And I got my cast off yesterday so I can start fishing again!

I may put up a video of the first run on the water. It will also be my first time on the water in this boat. I can't believe I have had the boat for 6 years and I'm finally going to get to drive it!

Well the maiden voyage was a success!! Not one issue. Top speed with the prop that is on it right now was 37.5mph. Hole shot was unbelievable half of boat length maybe and she was on top.
