I figured it wasn't real after looking at some of the other stories..... couple hospitalized after man gets head stuck in wifes vagina.......thats olympic level cunnilingus, surely not a realistic feat for a couple not engaged in the adult entertainment industry.  Fake news 

I do not think they have giant clams in Hawaii.   When we were in Tahiti we were told never put your hand or finger in a giant clam.  The edges are razor sharp and will remove the body part.   But, the clams are really neat.   Bright neon colors flesh around the opening.
