Yes they’re durable if you take care of it. I use both i11s and i14T in ocean.
if you plan to fish off it, you have to be careful because it isn’t hook proof for sure.

We have a member of NWKA who uses his i11s all the time, over rocks, across beaches... no problems at all.  They're durable.

Would that happen to be Roger from Coos Bay?

Ah yes, rogerdodger. I've seen many of his posts on other forums as well as videos (landed a 37lb halibut on his i11s). He's a big reason why I ended up getting a Hobie i12s.
