Not sure... there is a bait shop in Oakland, but I never got there in time to get any bait... might check the Berk Marina also...

Tried to make is simple, but guess we need a little bit more clarification:

... pay if you wanna join the MBF (by 7am)

Buy in is $10; winner take all.

... Largest sport fish wins (head to tail)

Halibut, Stripers, WSB, Sturgeon, Rockfish, Perch (DFG Regulation size limit)

... if none caught, then largest fin fish wins.

Sharks, Rays

... must be caught from a kayak (sail, peddle or paddle).

must be caught from a kayak, on the water and during the MBF day.

Sorry Glen, I’m out. The new date lands on my daughter’s bday and I have contractors coming in to install some artificial turf in my yard. Have fun guys!

I might be out depending if the wife doesn't go in to labor. I'll be in the boat with my kid and using live bait.

I'll have some Hand Reels for sale, but you will need to bring some line to spool it with...

Just come a little earlier than 7am; I should be there by 6am....

Wind should be manageable through noon; just stay tucked behind the wall 

Gear, Grills, fuel and links ready to go... now just hope i find some butt tomorrow!
