....while we were hard at work (fishing), this bald eagle came by to say hello....
A few minutes after this pic was taken another eagle flew in....what a sight! I'm pretty sure Ben got better shots of these two majestic creatures.

While I did not catch a striper for the CSBA, I did HOOK one on thursday morning in Barn Door Cove.It was 19" @ #9

*Ben whipping out the fly rod. There were tons of shad hanging out in front of the North Ramp...unfortunately the stripers were elsewhere

Sean/scwafish,Chris/jellyfish,Andy/kicking bass,Dan/Mahi Mahi and Mark/fishshim showed up at the SBA tourney with their very own NCKA Chapter known as the "Mendo Crew"  ....which I thought was a great idea. I think I'll do another NCKA chapter....it will be called "The 650 Crew" (peninsula area code) 

Unfortunately for the "Mendo Crew" they did not include Juan/Mako from Willits...as he represented well at the Tourney with his second place finish  .......NICE GOING DAN      

Don't worry Juan...."The 650" will adopt you 

WTG everyone. Sorry I missed the fun but had to go beat up on my favorite rockfish. Joel sorry she was married.
