That girl got knocked by the getaway car!

I particularly like the dog and cat coming out after the fact.
The the dog is like "ok , I see you've got this" and just returns to the driveway.

forget the dog, beware of the owner!

She is lucky it didn't get violent like this video at 1:25 and 1:45.  The robber punched the victim in the eye.

Risk vs reward= crime....jail time isn't much of a deterrent.

 Steal = lose some fingers
Steal again = whole hand
Steal again= labeled as "open season status" and released onto the streets with a bullseye tattoo on your forehead as a warning to law abiding citizens, as well as a free pass from the government to "take out the trash" so to speak, lol.

Looks like a "reasonable" amount of force was used to effect the arrest to me. 35 yrs as a cop as of now, time to retire soon.
