Here’s a couple pics from my recent hog hunt trip in King City. This one was a guided trip this time.
It was more of a trespass fee but I know what I’m doing. It was fun. Bagged two nice hogs on the run. One from about 150 yards trekking parallel on a mountain side. And from 75 yards in a canyon. Howa 1500 30-06 paired with a Nikon Buckmaster 3-9x40. It’s never failed me.

Including sausage, maybe a little north of 90 lbs. wild hog tastes so much better and natural. Beats Farmer John’s by far.

$600. Which isnt too bad because most outfitters charge. $800 + trophy fees.

Nice pigs. The prices have gone up a bit since I had been to king city. Laguna ranch was 200.00 per animal Hogs, goats or sheep.  All the squirrels you can shoot free. Bobcats 50.00 ea. back in the 80's.
