i believe the file name may be the issue. try to re-upload with a shorter file name and without special characters.

is it sent from a cell phone ?..happens to me sometimes..I edit on my phone  : rotate  photo  to a correct position ;resend and it usually fixes it  just sayn

I think this is also solved as I upgrade the max file limit, which had been reduced after the move.

My file was small (less than 150kb), but once I removed a space from the file name, it took it.
