How easy are the front entry paddling suits to get off if you got to drop a duece. I got stomach issues where if I have to go, I HAVE to go. I don't want to destroy a $1k kokatat. Gross

Depends.  Speaking from experience, it's time consuming so at the first rumbling, start doffing.

It could be a very serious hazard OTW.
Sit in a chair and take one off. As you do, imagine at any point during the process what would happen if you were to fall in the water.
FWIW you'd be a tangle sinking mess.

My greatest fear.

I thought I saw women's dry suits some website/brand that have zips where the human holes are.

2 rules... 1. never leave shore till after 3 shits, 2. one cup of coffee only. :-)

I tried one of those on for that very reason.
Getting unzipped was easy peasy.
Getting zipped back up, that's a whole different 'BALL' game (if ya get my drift).
There's a reason men's suits aren't designed that way.

So glad you brought it up, after 30 yrs of diving with no accidents, but definetly a few close calls, I find it more of an issue than ever before,

Among other things these are important practices:
2 rules... 1. never leave shore till after 3 shits, 2. one cup of coffee only. :-)

One of the best on the road shitters on the Sonoma coast is gone now too, (Duncan's Landing).

I've got the Kokatat Surge and it unzips all the way around the waist. Haven't had to take a dump OTW since I got it, but it would not be 2 difficult (bad pun intended) even in a fairly unstable kayak. I think there are are other Kokatat models that have that same style of zipper, although I don't believe any of them are fishing specific. FWIW, I suspect Kokatat will eventuallly use that kind of zipper in most (if not all) of their dry/paddling suits.
There's always money in the banana stand.

After removing a drysuit...Are we talking about assuming the position and shitting over the side of a kayak?[emoji15]

I knew this thread would get responses. :smt003

I thought of this while seeing that the women's kokatat has a "drop seat" or something similarly named. Sounded wonderful.
