Taking a pic of your license

Isn't this almost the same or what not? One can forge one every 15 day.

I keep my license in my wallet. my wallet goes with me everywhere, period. When in the yak, wallet, phone and truck key goes in a little pelican case behind the seat. Gotta open the case to start the truck, key goes back on the key ring, phone and wallet go back into the pockets.  Rigidly habitual I am.

Basically with my memory if I ever change that habit I'm screwed.

I have "worst case" fears, so I keep car key, wallet and phone, in my pfd at all times OTW.

I tend to line up with Novofish's mindset, except that I don't always take my phone with me. I have my fishing license in one of the the small floating waterproof containers for your key ring with the twist off top. I keep this secured in one of the rod tube holders that is part of the back  accessories of my STS kayak seat-fits perfectly. If I go fishing or diving, it's always there. If I go somewhere without the kayak, I know to take it from its permanent location behind my seat. As for my CDL, I always take my wallet with me on the kayak. I keep it in a small dry bag that I store my first aid kit, this way if someone decides to pop into my rig while I'm on the water, I have one less thing to worry about. It also will allow someone to ID me if something should go really bad out there when alone, or when dealing with one of the DFG guys that like to think that they are sneaking up on you in their stealth grey boats

I bought mine online then printed & signed. I then saved a copy on my Google drive, so it's with me everywhere I have my phone.
