Huff & Puff, Suck & Blow.  A couple of young "ladies" from the '60's, but never to their face.

There were attractive identical twin girls that went to school in the next town when I was growing up. The were called Spit and Swallow because it was the only way you could tell them apart.

My friend Trevor from Oakland is a tatoo artist who absolutely refused to do a "trampstamp" back when they were the thing to do. One month he was hard up for cash and broke his trampstamp rule. He has since been known as "Tramp-stamp Trevor".
