I was looking at the signup form and it is unclear if the shirt is included or do we add the shirt to the purchase?
Also the date on the waver is 2016

The dates are 2017 when I opened it up.

I use the same waiver year to year. When you download the waiver form the dates for this year are on it. Thank you. The clothing prices are on the registration form.

Wow I get flamed for seeing an error in a waiver that can cause the organizer a problem legally. We live in the SUE ME STATE where something like a typo can be used by someone that does something stupid and then tries to sue the organizer and ruin a great event for everyone.

Its all cool bro. I'm glad you caught the error. If this is your first event its a great one to attend. We all get a little cranky at times and I am the best at doing that. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
