Mooch, there's no salmon in Mendo...

...but then again, there weren't many at Moss either.

Actually, I'm a bachelor this weekend, and might be up for some freshwater camping/fishing.  Come on, Sean, kick Mendo in gear for us.

Dave - I have a feeling the salmon will be late again this year. Anyway, stripers are next in line if the Salmon are not around  :smt002

I was thinking of heading over on Thursday and camping on the boat-in campsite. Stay till Saturday night.

Dave....Ben...Mike....Chuck....Adam...Frank.....Bueller....Bueller...anyone else????

come on fellas just do what Ferris Bueller did = call in sick  :smt002

BUT MY PLANS MIGHT CHANGE IF I HEAR ANY REPORTS OF SALMON BEING CAUGHT WITHIN "RANGE"

I would love to camp, but we have plans for Sat that does not involve fishing. Im up for Sunday.
I would hit the road at 6:30 and get to the bait shop when it opens at 9. Try the usual haunts.
I wouldnt even mind a skunk, it would be nice just to get on some glassy water for a change.

I have to work Fri evening but I'm up for Sat, Sunday Mendo or Sonoma. I'm thinking the smallies are still on the bite at Sonoma. I'll talk to my neighbor in the AM.  I am also thinking of hitting the lakes at Waterfront Park next to the Russian 2 small lakes that don't much pressure.

Ok I think I am in for Saturday or Sunday.  I have to be in Ukiah for father-in-laws birthday.  I may do both days if my WAF stays up.
